Staff Software Engineer (Console GPU Inference)

What you will do

• Design and deliver critical software components for runtime machine learning inference on hirify.global consoles.
• Take technical ownership of system architecture, implementation, delivery, and ongoing advancement.
• Write hands-on code for console GPU inference systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups worldwide to define technology strategies, processes, and project scope.
• Work with rendering, ray tracing, GPU tools, shader compiler, hardware, software, and external vendor stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior engineering role.
• Significant technical contributions across the full development lifecycle of a large engineering or game project.
• Experience with game console software development and tools.
• At least 5 years of GPU programming experience and familiarity with GPU architecture.
• Fluency in C/C++ and shader languages, with a strong understanding of low-level computing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with machine learning.
