Senior+/Lead Fullstack .NET Core / JS Software Engineer

Location: On-site/in-office in Minsk, Belarus or Tbilisi, Georgia, with remote working days

Salary: $2,500–$3,500 USD net per month, plus bonus and equity in tokens

What you will do

• Build and launch green-field client and in-house software products.
• Develop full-stack solutions with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement user interfaces with React, Vue, or Angular ecosystems.
• Lead project delivery and independently maintain medium- or high-complexity systems.
• Support the growth of less senior engineers through mentoring, collaboration, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience, including 5+ years with .NET and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience independently or in a leading team role launching and maintaining a medium- or high-complexity project for at least one year.
• Deep knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of at least one major UI framework: React/Redux, Vue/Vuex, or Angular 2+.
• Leadership, mentoring, teamwork, and a willingness to contribute to an open and collaborative culture.
