JavaScript Trainee

Location: Georgia; on-site in Tbilisi or Batumi, remote for participants from other Georgian cities

Salary: 1,350 GEL gross per month

Andersen is an international software outsourcing company delivering projects primarily for banking and fintech clients worldwide.

What you will do

• Complete a five-month full-time JavaScript traineeship.
• Build practical expertise in Angular, React, or Node.
• Develop educational, personal, or test projects and prepare for commercial development tasks.
• Participate in weekly technical assessments with support from experienced mentors and a dedicated coordinator.
• Prepare to join enterprise-level banking and fintech projects.

Requirements

• English: Intermediate level or higher
• Strong theoretical knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, including data types, arrays, objects, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, AJAX, and development environments.
• Educational, personal, or test projects in a portfolio.
• No commercial experience is required; full-time availability for five days and 40 hours per week is required.

Nice to have

• Technical background or programming experience.
• Completed software development courses.
• Intermediate German or higher.
