Salary: $104,000–$186,160 per year for the Senior Scientist or Scientist role. The Scientist range is $86,320–$154,960; the Senior Scientist range is $104,000–$186,160.

What you will do

• Design and execute laboratory studies supporting small-molecule drug discovery and development.
• Perform quantitative LC-MS/MS bioanalysis of small and large molecules in plasma, tissues, and other biological matrices.
• Run in vitro DMPK and ADME assays, including protein binding, microsomal stability, hepatocyte metabolism, and cell-monolayer permeability.
• Conduct in vivo PK studies, including dosing, blood sampling, and organ or tissue collection.
• Prepare preclinical formulations and analyze, document, and communicate study results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated LC-MS/MS bioanalysis experience with small molecules.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro DMPK/ADME assays and in vivo PK studies.
• Working knowledge of preclinical solution and suspension formulation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, independent planning, and effective collaboration.
• Scientist: 8 years of relevant experience, or 6 years with a master's degree, or 3 years with a PhD. Senior Scientist: 10 years, or 8 years with a master's degree, or 5 years with a PhD.
