Senior Product Director (AI & Agent)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant for onboarding, trading, information access, and customer support.
• Own the roadmap for agentic AI systems supporting compliance, risk, fraud, and operations.
• Transform high-value internal workflows into traceable and regulatorily defensible agent-driven systems.
• Design shared AI infrastructure for orchestration, evaluation, safety, and governance across markets.
• Define the product strategy, user trust model, and long-term evolution of OKX's AI layer.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product and technology, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles owning technically complex products at scale.
• Proven ownership of conversational AI or agentic AI products from shipping to operation.
• Deep knowledge of LLM product architecture, including multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design.
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are required.
• Strong consumer product judgment, operational product rigor, and fluency in financial markets.
• Executive-level English and Mandarin fluency required.

• Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale.
• Graduate degree in a technical field.
