Client Service Representative (HVAC)

Location: Plainview, New York; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays. Customer site visits are required at least three times per week.

Salary: $50,800–$102,690 annual base salary; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Manage customer satisfaction, retention, growth, account profiles, service delivery plans, and customer visits for an assigned portfolio.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and coordinate with account management, sales, estimating, operations, billing, and service resource teams.
• Visit customer sites, identify sales opportunities, support proposals and quick quotes, and coordinate service agreement renewals.
• Coordinate technician schedules, parts, and materials to meet customer obligations and company profitability targets.
• Review account and service agreement financial performance, follow up on accounts receivable, and develop correction plans where needed.
• Prepare activity plans and reports, attend sales meetings and training, and maintain effective customer and internal relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum two-year degree.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong in-person, telephone, and written communication skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, plus mathematical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work extended hours occasionally and comply with safety requirements; this is a safety-sensitive role that may require additional drug screening.
