Proposal Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, nationwide in the United States; the posting is associated with Sacramento, California.

Base salary: $33.42–$41.78 per hour, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

What you will do

• Create and maintain proof-point storyboard workspaces for formal RFP opportunities.
• Develop tailored RFP responses using approved content and newly created materials.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to collect technical information, project examples, data, and supporting materials.
• Evaluate and edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and RFP requirements.
• Create visual representations of data, client stories, and key messages for proposals and presentations.
• Maintain reusable proposal content, templates, databases, presentation materials, and pursuit collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience creating content and visual solutions, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience responding to complex requests for information.
• Exceptional proofreading skills with strong attention to detail and an eye for layout and typography.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of content management systems, healthcare, and applying brand voice in written materials.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience working with sales teams to deliver client-tailored materials.
• Experience producing written and visual solutions for complex requests for information.
• Healthcare industry experience.
