Product Manager (AI)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid model with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote

What you will do

• Own product features end to end, from specifications and delivery through release and post-launch metrics.
• Improve existing live-streaming products and develop new features for a large global user base.
• Test product hypotheses, use AI tools, and build automated workflows with high autonomy.
• Work with Engineering, Creative, Analytics, and Operations to deliver real-time features.
• Analyze performance metrics, user behavior, and operational feedback to optimize the user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager working with complex technical or operational products.
• Ability to write SQL, read code and git history, and build prototypes independently.
• AI-first mindset and ability to use AI tools as part of product development.
• Experience adapting to changing requirements and converting ambiguity into clear technical tasks.
• Strong skills in functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong ownership and communication skills with a focus on measurable user impact.
