Shift Lead, Fusion Center Analysts (Autonomous Vehicles)

What you will do

• Lead Fusion Center Analysts and maintain SLA performance, productivity, quality, and safety standards across all operating hours.
• Act as a hands-on player/coach and first point of contact for service escalations.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues using autonomous vehicle systems knowledge, telemetry data, and preliminary diagnostic procedures.
• Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate timely intervention with Fleet Support Engineering and other teams.
• Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions in Jira to support training and system improvements.
• Analyze historical data, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures while collaborating with operators, engineers, product, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a highly collaborative environment with a strong teamwork mindset.
• 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience, ideally in automotive or transportation.
• Experience working in complex technical environments and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and maintain strict safety and quality standards.
• Availability for the Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on-site shift and on-call rotation, which may include day, swing, and mid-shifts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of autonomous vehicle industry or operations experience.
• Experience with electric vehicle technology, vehicle hardware, and remote vehicle troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux and Python-based fleet-level data processing systems.
• Experience with software that interfaces with hardware.
