Senior Engineering Manager (Nitro)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States

Base salary: $304,000–$380,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and scale the Nitro engineering organization and revenue-driving products across platforms.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop engineers across multiple levels.
• Set team vision and roadmap with Finance, Customer Experience, Product, Design, and Marketing partners.
• Raise technical standards and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality engineering results.
• Identify factors slowing the team down and improve processes, resourcing, and execution.
• Partner with Revenue leadership on strategic planning and organizational improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience developing engineers and supporting their technical growth.
• Strong product sense, customer focus, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to use experiments and data to guide decisions and evaluate new technologies.
• Active engineering background with the ability to contribute technical expertise.
