Director, Product Management - Global Transaction Banking (Tokenized Payments)

What you will do

• Drive tokenized payments readiness and digital cash enablement, defining the product vision, use cases, and roadmap.
• Translate client needs and market opportunities into scalable transaction banking, payments, liquidity, and digital cash solutions.
• Shape target-state architecture, validate priority use cases, and align product and sales activities with business strategy.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, external partners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market and regulatory trends, optimize resources, and advance new product capabilities and market expansion initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with clients, vendors, industry partners, and internal stakeholders across Capital Markets and hirify.global.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transaction banking, cash management, payments, digital assets, or related capital markets.
• Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and a degree or diploma in business or accounting.
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, digital assets, digital cash concepts, capabilities, and end-to-end operational processes.
• Experience leading large, complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and external delivery partners.
• Ability to establish processes, lead design and development activities, improve efficiency, communicate clearly, and build trusted relationships.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
