Senior Platforms Engineer (Cloud)

Location: Findlay, Ohio, with additional locations across the United States

Salary: $106,900–$184,300 annually

What you will do

• Design, evolve, and govern secure hybrid and multi-cloud platforms across data centers, Azure, containers, and edge environments.
• Build scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, and policy-driven practices.
• Lead performance analysis, capacity planning, troubleshooting, system tuning, and infrastructure optimization.
• Design backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and testing strategies for resilient and highly available platforms.
• Lead modernization programs, vendor partnerships, architecture governance, and cross-functional infrastructure initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and maintain platform documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience racking infrastructure hardware and managing Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V or Nutanix, and storage systems.
• Experience planning infrastructure hardware refreshes, migrations, resource requirements, cost projections, and rightsizing.
• Experience with cloud integrations such as Microsoft Azure or AWS preferred.
• Experience with backup and recovery architecture, cybersecurity, regulated environments, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives preferred.
