Manufacturing Technician II (2nd Shift)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; on-site, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and products using work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, production equipment, test equipment, and inspection tools.
• Perform production tasks, visual and dimensional inspections, and routine troubleshooting.
• Record production, inspection, traceability, and nonconformance information.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, production control, and supply chain teams.
• Support material handling, equipment setup, inventory accuracy, 5S, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must work on-site in Austin, Texas.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, conditional resident, asylee, refugee, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations under U.S. export regulations.
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production assembly, mechanical assembly, electronics assembly, or related operations.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical and electrical assembly, engineering drawings, inspection techniques, and safe manufacturing practices.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, manufacturing documentation, Microsoft Office, and production systems.
• Experience with MES, ERP, or electronic work instruction applications such as Epicor, SAP, or Solumina is required.
