What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and implement advanced device engineering methodologies, processes, and solutions.
• Develop and characterize semiconductor devices and support new technology development.
• Plan and execute device development projects, including large-scale engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and introduce new technologies, features, and process enhancements.
• Mentor engineers and project members while providing technical guidance and supporting knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to technical publications, conference presentations, patents, supplier evaluations, and industry consortia.

Requirements

• Graduating in 2027 with a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Knowledge of device physics, process integration, and analytical modeling.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges and collaborate across engineering teams.
