Staff Engineer (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for Infor M3 CloudSuite.
• Develop automated tests for end-to-end business processes, regression scenarios, and API, EDI, and third-party integrations.
• Execute and maintain test automation across ERP upgrades, patches, and custom implementations.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support agile release cycles and frequent cloud updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience, including 2+ years focused on Infor M3 CloudSuite implementations or similar cloud-based applications.
• Strong proficiency with test automation tools and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for collaboration between technical teams and business users.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Infor CloudSuite or similar cloud-based ERP platforms.
• Experience with Infor Coleman, Infor test automation frameworks, Tosca, Selenium, or Python/Java-based automation suites.
