Senior Manager, Canada

Location: Remote in Canada, ideally within the Eastern Time Zone; travel across Canada is required as needed, with occasional visits to the corporate office in New York City.

Salary: CAD $175,000–$210,000 base salary per year, plus sales bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global's Canadian market strategy across DTC, Amazon.ca, and retail channels.
• Own the Canadian P&L and drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and new growth initiatives.
• Build and manage partnerships with key Canadian retail accounts and local distributors.
• Localize marketing and brand activity for Canadian consumers with central brand and performance teams.
• Develop demand forecasts and coordinate with supply chain to optimize inventory availability.
• Partner with US leadership and internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, Growth, and Supply Chain experts.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail.
• Experience with P&L or revenue accountability and ownership of commercial targets.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Marketplace and DTC channels.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where new operating playbooks were built.
• Strong understanding of Canadian consumer behavior, competition, and retail dynamics.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada and travel across the country as needed.
