Associate Director, Treasury & E-payment Operations

Location: Cologne, Germany, or Sevenum, Netherlands, with regular weekly on-site presence and occasional visits to the other office.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately six employees.
• Own daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment.
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Improve processes and systems in close collaboration with Finance, Tech, and IT.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in treasury and/or e-payment operations.
• Initial leadership experience and a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with ERP and payment systems and collaboration with Tech teams.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work regularly on-site from either the Cologne or Sevenum office.
