Senior Backend Developer (Python/Golang & AI Integration)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go and Python.
• Apply microservices and event-driven architecture principles to distributed applications.
• Integrate LLM capabilities, RAG pipelines, tool calling, and AI orchestration patterns into backend workflows.
• Build cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure and integrate SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems.
• Implement Redis distributed caching and optimize service performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Design resilient services with fault tolerance, retries, timeouts, and robust error handling.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Go (Golang) and Python.
• Required SAP integration experience with S/4HANA and ERP using OData, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and middleware.
• Experience with Azure services and integrations, including APIM, Service Bus, Event Hubs, PostgreSQL, SQL, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Key Vault, networking, and infrastructure as code.
• Required experience with Redis and distributed caching, including cache-aside and invalidation strategies.
• Experience with LLM integration, tool calling, RAG, and AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or Copilot.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, resiliency, and retry patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, MDG, or Variant Configuration.
