Salary: $122,400 - $156,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and develop financial and analytical models guiding company growth trajectory
• Collaborate with business partners to manage budgets and drive capital allocation and profitability goals
• Evaluate growth and investment opportunities through market and financial analysis
• Provide analytical support and frameworks to optimize decision making with business leaders
• Build financial metrics dashboards and prepare performance materials for stakeholders
• Lead special projects to improve the company’s financial health and assist in recruiting the finance team

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategic finance, FP&A, or consulting
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and distill complex issues into structured frameworks
• Passion for financial services innovation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Knowledge of SQL or strong desire to learn
