Social Content Manager (Women's Health)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Build and execute organic social strategy across perimenopause, trying-to-conceive, and pregnancy content.
• Develop search-optimized, evergreen-first content for TikTok, Meta, platform feeds, and social search.
• Commission, curate, and edit contributions from journalists, medical experts, and creators.
• Turn cultural moments and medical insights into accessible, witty, and relatable storytelling.
• Work with medical and legal teams to ensure content about sensitive health topics is credible and compliant.
• Analyze performance, guide contracted contributors, and scale sustainable content formats.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience shaping organic social strategy and producing content, with a portfolio demonstrating growth on TikTok and other short-form platforms.
• Strong editorial skills, including commissioning, curation, editing, and maintaining accuracy, empathy, and credibility.
• Hands-on expertise in social search, keyword research, platform SEO, and algorithm-driven feeds.
• Experience briefing and managing creators and contractors with clear creative direction.
• Strong analytics, writing, creative direction, and short-form social storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
