Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for bid optimization, price prediction, win-rate prediction, CTR/CVR estimation, calibration, and auction optimization.
• Own the machine learning lifecycle from research and experimentation through production deployment, A/B testing, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
• Analyze large-scale marketplace data to identify modeling opportunities and deliver measurable business impact.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable machine learning solutions.
• Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of models serving low-latency, high-throughput traffic.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical reviews and experimentation best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building machine learning solutions end-to-end, from research and experimentation through production.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with machine learning models for real-time bidding, recommendation systems, ranking, pricing, or large-scale optimization.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with production-grade machine learning systems.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning models in large-scale recommendation or advertising systems.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
