Senior Data Scientist (Fraud Detection)

hirify.global develops mobile attribution and marketing analytics technology, including Protect360, an anti-fraud platform for detecting fraudulent app traffic at massive scale.

What you will do

• Mine massive datasets to identify fraud patterns and prevention opportunities.
• Develop and productionize large-scale machine learning, deep learning, and AI models for fraud detection.
• Translate business and product needs into scientific, explainable, and high-impact solutions.
• Design and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, production serving, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate AI and ML research and technologies to improve Protect360 algorithms.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in applied data science or algorithmic development, preferably in large-scale production environments.
• Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning machine learning, deep learning, and AI models.
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in SQL.
• Understanding of data pipelines, MLOps practices, and very large datasets.
• Ability to mentor, collaborate, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in ad tech or fraud detection systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or representation learning for anomaly detection.
• Experience with large-scale distributed data systems.
