Client Associate (IR Licensed, Mandarin and Cantonese Speaking)

Location: Richmond, British Columbia; full-time on-site Monday through Friday

Salary: CAD 51,500–60,200 annual base salary, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Support Investment Advisors at hirify.global Wood Gundy in managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
• Engage directly with clients, anticipate their needs, and improve the overall client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and support the development of investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Build relationships and expand the hirify.global network through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.
• Prepare and support client proposals, business documentation, and financial product discussions.

Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with speaking and writing proficiency.
• Current Investment Representative (IR) accreditation in good standing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer division.
• Financial services or brokerage industry experience and working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, business development, and analytical thinking skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Registered Representative (RR) licensing.
