Location: Hybrid from the Reston, Virginia headquarters; U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $50,386–$85,656 per year.

What you will do

• Support federal clients in developing policies, regulations, and regulatory implementation programs.
• Manage and analyze public comments on proposed agency rules.
• Draft and edit rulemaking documents, reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Synthesize information from rulemaking documents, literature, and technical reports.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop recommendations.
• Interact with clients and contribute to multiple short- and long-term projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, government, environmental science, natural or physical science, political science, or a related subject.
• U.S. citizenship is required for federal contract work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe, along with effective time-management skills.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a moderate-level government security clearance.
