Senior Media Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, preferred location South Africa; standard working hours in CT (Central Time)

Salary: $1,500–$2,000 per month

What you will do

• Create graphic, video, and motion content for digital, social media, website, advertising, presentation, and other marketing channels.
• Translate client briefs, campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing strategies into visual concepts and creative executions.
• Develop mood boards, storyboards, style frames, visual treatments, animations, kinetic typography, visual effects, and other 2D motion graphics.
• Produce and edit promotional videos, interviews, product videos, advertisements, and social media content.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through final delivery, incorporating feedback and meeting technical and brand requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, or a related field.
• Direct experience creating content for healthcare, medical, or dental manufacturing sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign, plus strong Figma proficiency.
• Strong expertise in typography, composition, color, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, visual storytelling, motion design, animation, video editing, and post-production.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp is required for project, deadline, feedback, revision, and deliverable management.
• Strong client communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in a marketing or creative agency managing multiple client projects.
• Experience creating content for paid social, display advertising, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
