TL;DR
Digital Project Manager (Digital Production): Leading digital campaigns and priority projects across display, social and OLV with an accent on end-to-end production, stakeholder management, and technical delivery. Focus on managing complex timelines and approvals, resolving campaign production challenges, optimizing workflows, and mentoring Assistant Producers.
Location: London, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days per week in the Osterley office. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Lead digital campaigns and wider departmental initiatives across display, social, and OLV.
- Own projects from briefing through final delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and internal and external approvals.
- Provide digital production expertise to campaign teams and resolve technical or production challenges.
- Maintain resource, project status, and budget trackers while coordinating appropriate project support.
- Review and implement production processes to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
- Support and mentor Assistant Producers and contribute to their professional development.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in digital production, project management, or a creative agency environment.
- Significant experience delivering digital formats including display, social, and OLV.
- Experience with Google Campaign Manager/DoubleClick and/or Innovid.
- Strong knowledge of technical requirements for programmatic display, paid social, and OLV.
- Understanding of end-to-end digital production, including briefing, scoping, build, approvals, trafficking, and delivery.
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
