Product Manager, Billing

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $160,000–$230,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus

What you will do

• Set the multi-year product vision for Konnect pricing, metering, entitlements, invoicing, billing, and fulfillment.
• Build a unified entitlement model connecting contracts, product access, provisioning, and billing.
• Translate pricing and packaging changes into plans, metering, contracts, migrations, and customer communications.
• Own usage metering, reporting, checkout, subscription lifecycle, payments integration, retries, dunning, and billing administration.
• Connect enterprise and marketplace motions through CPQ synchronization, custom contracts, invoice billing, and AWS, GCP, and Azure integrations.
• Automate fulfillment and provisioning, migrate from the current billing and metering system, and define metrics such as retention, billing churn, disputes, and collections aging.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of product management experience in SaaS, including 2 or more years in billing, monetization, or pricing.
• Experience designing billing-stack architecture with engineering partners and working directly with Stripe or a metered billing platform such as Metronome, Orb, or OpenMeter.
• Experience delivering pricing or packaging changes from financial modeling and plan configuration through migrations, sales enablement, and customer communication.
• Experience with consumption-based monetization and financial-grade metering accuracy, auditability, and reconciliation.
• Ability to use SQL, Snowflake, Hex, or equivalent tools to make data-informed product decisions.
• Experience with API, infrastructure, or developer-platform products and the technical context they require.

Nice to have

• Experience leading an end-to-end pricing transformation or building a billing system from scratch.
• Experience shipping AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplace integrations, or Salesforce CPQ-to-billing integrations.
• Proficiency using LLMs and coding agents in daily product management work.
