Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex data centre systems.
• Lead large-scale infrastructure projects and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide subject matter expertise during high-priority customer service scenarios, technical incidents, and escalations.
• Define operational standards, policies, and best practices.
• Mentor the operations team, provide technical leadership, conduct performance reviews, and support strategic infrastructure planning.
• Engage with customers on key projects and service improvements, and travel to additional data centres for deployments and operational assessments.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of data centre architecture, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery planning.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis expertise.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• 6+ years of experience focused on infrastructure design and management.
• Higher-level advanced certification.
• Strong analytical, organisational, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale data centre environments.
• Hands-on GPU server experience at a technology organisation.
• Strong customer service ethic.
