Feasibility Manager (Retail Property)

What you will do

• Lead new-store, redevelopment, and extension projects through feasibility, planning, and technical due diligence up to construction delivery.
• Prepare project briefs, support governance and business case approvals, and manage project milestones.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and consultants while coordinating with Format Planning.
• Develop practical, cost-effective, and deliverable store solutions.
• Identify and report project risks, constraints, opportunities, budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
• Manage relationships with developers, landlords, consultants, and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in property, construction, architecture, engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development, feasibility, construction, design, engineering, or project management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including project viability and risk assessment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Retail, commercial, or mixed-use development experience.
• Knowledge of planning, development appraisal, and value engineering.
• Experience presenting recommendations and business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design and project management software.
