Staff Product Designer (Incentives)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany or Tallinn, Estonia, with at least 12 monthly in-office days

What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for customer subscription and loyalty programmes, including Bolt Plus.
• Own design work end to end, from discovery through global launch, and define short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Advocate for users through research, usability testing, feedback analysis, and evidence-based design decisions.
• Collaborate with User Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across Rides, Rentals, and Delivery.
• Create interactive prototypes, intuitive interfaces, and consistent design guidelines and patterns.
• Manage design projects, timelines, priorities, and stakeholder partnerships while influencing the global design function.

Requirements

• Experience as a Staff Product Designer in a fast-paced technology or internet company.
• Proven record of shipping digital products serving millions of users.
• Experience designing growth, incentives, or subscription-based products.
• Portfolio demonstrating mobile and web user interface and user experience design.
• High proficiency with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and usability testing tools.
• Fluent English and strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-influencing skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company.
• Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies.
