What you will do

• Lead the Digital One Studio as a general management executive with full P&L accountability.
• Rebuild growth, improve profitability, and strengthen commercial performance across bookings, revenue, retention, pricing, and margins.
• Modernize the digital banking product portfolio through rationalization, platform consolidation, and migration initiatives.
• Lead engineering, delivery, customer success, product strategy, and organizational transformation.
• Build credibility with bank CEOs, CIOs, digital banking leaders, boards, investors, and enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager, Business Unit Leader, Division President, or equivalent executive with full P&L accountability.
• Experience managing a software, fintech, banking technology, or digital banking business with annual revenue exceeding $100 million.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth, margin expansion, operating performance, and financial commitment delivery.
• Experience leading a turnaround, transformation, restructuring, integration, or significant performance recovery initiative.
• Ability to make portfolio, organizational, and investment decisions and lead significant change while retaining customers and talent.
• Strong executive presence with boards, investors, and enterprise banking customers.
