Junior Cash Analyst

What you will do

• Download bank statements electronically for multiple companies.
• Match store takings with cash deposited on bank statements.
• Investigate missing cash and discrepancies with internal teams and cash centres.
• Raise supplier and other payments through various payment methods.
• Post cash receipts, bank charges, and other statement entries to the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements on a daily and monthly basis and support other cash-related activities.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good Excel skills, including SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, and pivot tables.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability, enthusiasm, and confidence in learning new systems.

Nice to have

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
