Electronic Engineering Consultant (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Develop wearable and implantable medical devices for biosensing and neurotechnology applications.
• Lead and contribute to technically ambitious projects from feasibility and concept development through product launch.
• Design and develop complex electronic systems for embedded products, including schematics and PCB layouts.
• Work directly with clients to shape product strategy, build partnerships, and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Lead projects and work packages while mentoring and guiding colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industry experience in electronic engineering.
• Strong academic background and demonstrable electronic engineering capability.
• Experience designing analogue, digital, and power circuitry for embedded systems, including high-speed digital designs and low-noise analogue front ends.
• Ability to apply first principles, analytical reasoning, and expertise across unfamiliar technical domains.
• Experience or exposure to regulated environments such as medical devices, automotive, or aerospace products.
• Strong commercial understanding, structured documentation habits, and experience leading projects or work packages.
