Team Manager - Mortgage (Clark, Onsite)

What you will do

• Drive the performance of a team of consultants supporting mortgage campaigns and achieve KPI targets.
• Manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical team metrics.
• Coach and mentor consultants through feedback and performance management.
• Analyze end-user customer trends and provide updates to operations leadership.
• Implement organizational initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Team Leader experience supporting mortgage campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and leadership.
