• Support hirify.global customers through chat and voice channels.
• Manage customer requests and resolve complaints from start to finish.

• Collaborate across teams and develop expertise across multiple Retail Operations processes.

Requirements

• College degree and at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Retail Bankhirify.global, Shared Services, or a BPO environment is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and customer service capability.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to navigate complex processes and procedures.
