What you will do

• Support ING customers through chat and voice channels.
• Manage customer requests and resolve complaints from start to finish.
• Handle complex customer cases while following relevant regulations and policies.
• Contribute to team productivity and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across teams and build expertise across multiple Retail Operations processes.

Requirements

• College degree and at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in Retail Banking, Shared Services, or a BPO environment is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented and analytical approach with the ability to navigate complex processes and procedures.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
