What you will do

• Support customers through chat and voice channels with questions about bankhirify.global products, payments, cards, and online bankhirify.global.
• Manage customer requests and complaints from initial contact through resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and follow risk controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Handle complex cases as a subject matter expert and support team performance and productivity goals.

Requirements

• German language proficiency at B2 certification level is required.
• College degree and at least five years of professional experience.
• Experience in retail bankhirify.global, shared services, or a BPO environment is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Customer service, stakeholder management, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
