What you will do

• Analyze business data and produce actionable insights, dashboards, performance metrics, and management reports.
• Monitor business and project KPIs, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Support the planning, coordination, tracking, and governance of transformation initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, reporting packs, and transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct business cases, market analyses, operational reviews, and opportunity assessments.
• Support organizational change through stakeholder coordination, communication materials, and adoption tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, PMO, business intelligence, strategy, or project management.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a changing environment.
