IT Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Leudelange, Luxembourg; 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Gather feedback and business requirements from multiple sources to support departmental decision-making.
• Analyze and model business processes using sequence diagrams, data models, BPMN, and UML.
• Create clear functional documentation and define needs for IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop test scenarios and apply functional analysis and testing strategies.
• Evaluate existing processes and help align IT systems with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, software development, or IT infrastructure.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and tools such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, XML, relational databases, and SQL.
• Permanent employment contract with 40-hour working weeks.

Nice to have

• DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Backend development experience with Java, Python, or .NET.
