What you will do
- Coordinate community calls, offsites, town halls, senior visitor agendas, and internal events.
- Co-design communication plans and messag for key initiatives with communications teams.
- Coordinate budget plann and track for baseline and change initiatives.
- Track initiative progress, milestones, KPIs, plann cycles, and operational dashboards.
- Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives with relevant business areas.
- Contribute to multi-year strategic roadmaps and transformation agendas.
Requirements
- Experience with stakeholder management and project management.
- Experience in event plann and logistics.
- Experience with internal communications.
- Ability to oversee data, KPIs, plann cycles, and operational dashboards.
- Knowledge of change management.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
