Location: Bucharest - Dacia One, Romania

What you will do
- Coordinate community calls, offsites, townhalls, senior visitor agendas, and internal events.
- Co-design communication plans and messaging for key initiatives with communications teams.
- Coordinate budget planning and tracking for baseline and change initiatives.
- Track key initiatives, milestones, KPIs, planning cycles, and operational dashboards.
- Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives and contribute to multi-year roadmaps and transformation agendas.
Requirements
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Event planning and logistics skills.
- Internal communications experience.
- Data and KPI oversight experience.
- Project management and change management skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
