What you will do
- Own data and AI transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through value realization.
- Translate data, analytics, and AI opportunities into measurable improvements in decision-making, operational performance, and efficiency.
- Shape the Data & AI agenda by defining strategic roadmaps and scalable business capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders and break down organizational and data silos to establish a data-driven operating model.
- Apply modern AI capabilities and innovative approaches to accelerate transformation and business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data & AI strategy, business transformation, consulting, product ownership, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI and their contribution to business value and performance improvement.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into strategic roadmaps and scalable solutions.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms and tools including Snowflake, SnapLogic, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and Copilot Studio; relevant university degree and advanced English required.
