What you will do
- Manage and optimize value flow through the Agile Release Train using Scrum, Kanban, and visual management tools.
- Facilitate PI planning, system demos, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies while aligning delivery with business priorities.
- Provide technical guidance and support adherence to software development best practices.
- Coordinate collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and external dependencies.
- Track ART performance metrics and oversee Agile tooling such as Clarity, Jira, and Tempo.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including 3 years in an Agile role such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE.
- Experience managing large-scale Agile projects and Release Trains.
- SAFe RTE, SPC, or another relevant Agile certification.
- Knowledge of software development practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile scaling frameworks.
- Deep understanding of SAFe, Jira, and Confluence, plus familiarity with security and access policies.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, conflict-management, and consensus-building skills.
