Service Design Lead (Microsoft)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and release of Microsoft-focused services and solutions.
• Establish governance, operational frameworks, and processes for scalable service innovation.
• Work with Product Management to turn strategic priorities into market-ready offerings.
• Coordinate regional and global stakeholders across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Delivery.
• Improve consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across the Microsoft Centre of Excellence service portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience designing, launching, and evolving technology, managed, or professional services offerings.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Modern Work, Security, Data & AI, Business Applications, Copilot, Infrastructure, or Digital Workplace.
• Experience working across global, matrixed, and geographically distributed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of cloud transformation, modernization, AI adoption, governance, and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable product and program management methodologies.
