Change Lead

Location: Newbury, United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month. The role is also associated with London.

What you will do

• Lead the people side of transformation, ensuring new processes, tools and ways of working are adopted and embedded.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable change plans with Transformation Leads and business stakeholders.
• Assess impacts across roles, skills, behaviours, governance and operating models, tailoring support to different audiences.
• Build readiness, adoption and reinforcement strategies while identifying resistance and mitigating disruption risks.
• Equip leaders to act as change champions and create communications, learning materials and guidance.
• Track adoption and behavioural metrics, embed changes into business-as-usual routines, and support post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Experience leading change management initiatives in large, complex or operationally focused organisations.
• Knowledge of behavioural change, adoption strategies and organisational transformation.
• Ability to convert strategic vision into practical actions for frontline and operational teams.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building, influencing and communication skills.
• Data literacy, including defining, analysing and interpreting adoption, usage and behavioural metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple transformation initiatives and collaborate with transformation specialists, subject matter experts and business leaders.
