Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Taguig, Philippines; late mid shift from 12PM–9PM to support the EMEA/APAC region

What you will do

• Process and index high-volume vendor invoices accurately and within SLA timelines.
• Validate purchase orders and perform accurate 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
• Investigate invoice exceptions through email and SAP workflow.
• Respond to invoice-processing mailbox queries within 48-hour SLAs.
• Perform invoice quality reviews and support compliance with accounting policies.
• Support reporting, deadline monitoring, continuous improvement, and ad hoc accounts payable activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in invoice processing, preferably in a shared-services environment.
• Hands-on SAP experience and advanced Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to work the 12PM–9PM shift to support the EMEA/APAC region.
• English proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting administrative processes, customer-focused work, teamwork, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

• Experience with Invoice Management Solutions, preferably OpenText.
