What you will do
- Manufacture high-quality antibodies from sequence through final product for new product development, operations, and companion diagnostics.
- Generate data using automated staining systems to support product portfolio development.
- Produce required technical documentation, including plans and reports.
- Contribute to process improvements within the recombinant manufacturing team.
- Apply Business System tools to support high-quality product delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with cell culture, ideally using recombinant cell lines and hybridoma.
- Experience with antibody purification.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in laboratory environments.
- Willingness to work on-site in Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with immunohistochemistry (IHC).
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
