Contract Manager (Data Center)

What you will do

• Develop, review, negotiate, update, and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Prepare and maintain Statements of Work, Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, contract strategy documentation, and single-source justifications.
• Monitor contract compliance, enforce terms, assess vendor performance, and negotiate extensions, amendments, and renewals.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and site-operation risks while supporting compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Coordinate contract requirements with project managers, engineers, finance teams, site management, and contractors.
• Track budgets, review invoices, perform price and purchase-price analysis, maintain records, and prepare contract and project reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract management, project management, construction management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, RFP and contract execution, procurement, construction, or contract administration.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and commercial terms, particularly for data center projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, financial, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple contracts and vendors, building supplier relationships, and using procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with data center operations, construction processes, project management tools, and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Certified Professional Contracts Manager, Project Management Professional, Construction Management, Certified Supply Chain Professional, or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager certification.
• Additional bachelor's-level business administration education or comparable experience.
