Clinician Education Lead (MedTech)

What you will do

• Run clinician onboarding across East Coast clinics and ensure completion of the global training program.
• Track training cohorts, identify performance issues early, and provide structured remediation.
• Conduct initial competency sign-off and decide with the Clinic Lead whether clinicians pass, need more time, or are offboarded.
• Support local clinician education partners and facilitate regular local round tables.
• Triage escalations, raise clinical safety concerns, and partner on education planning for new clinic openings.
• Share clinic evidence with the Global Clinician Education Lead and recommend US-specific curriculum adaptations.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP, or PA licensure in New York State, with willingness to obtain licensure in other East Coast states.
• At least 5 years of post-registration clinical practice, including 2 or more years in a fast-paced or high-volume setting.
• At least 3 years of training, onboarding, or mentoring clinicians and assessing competency against defined criteria.
• At least 3 years of providing direct, constructive feedback and handling difficult conversations.
• At least 2 years of running concurrent onboarding or training cohorts against changing timelines.
• Warm, direct, and organized working style with the ability to build trust, raise problems early, and maintain standards through influence.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching educators or trainers across multiple sites.
• Experience supporting a clinic or service opening.
• Multi-state licensure or experience navigating licensure quickly.
• Background in preventive or lifestyle medicine.
