Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Manage 4–6 active technology and non-technology vacancies, adjusted according to seniority and urgency.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automations across sourcing, outreach, and recruitment workflows.
• Partner with external clients and internal managers, lead intake calls, create job profiles, and evaluate technology stacks using competency matrices.
• Manage the candidate journey, including screening, feedback coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Own the recruitment funnel in Teamtailor ATS and use hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and optimize sourcing ROI.
• Verify candidate location, tax and legal status, and work setup against regional hiring requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience covering technology and non-technology roles at different seniority levels.
• Experience recruiting for international companies and closing roles in EU, US, or LATAM markets.
• Strong screening and assessment skills across hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Ability to translate technical and non-technical hiring requirements into candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Experience with recruitment analytics, hiring metrics, and end-to-end candidate onboarding.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English for written and verbal communication with hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience writing precise AI prompts and reviewing AI-generated recruitment outputs.
• Experience automating sourcing and outreach workflows.
